HTA publishes quarterly closed incidents data
Today we are publishing data about incidents reported to HTA during quarter four of 2022 to 2023. We are also publishing a list of our enquiries and inspections.
Operational data
By making a wide range of information available to the public, we aim to be more transparent about our operations, policies and procedures. Publishing more data can also help identify trends and opportunities for improvement, which can promote greater compliance in our regulated sectors.
