Business plan for 2022-23 and framework agreement published

We’ve published our business plan for 2022-23, and the framework agreement between ourselves and the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC). 
 
The 2022-23 business plan sets out our priorities and objectives for this business year, and our strategic approach which is centred around four key themes:

• operational delivery;
• strategic direction;
• people and capability; and
• moving forward.  

 
The framework agreement, published alongside DHSC, sets out our core responsibilities; describes the governance and accountability framework that applies between the roles of DHSC and ourselves and sets out how the day-to-day relationship works in practice, including governance and financial matters.
